From the 16 oz. can with no canning or expiration date that I could see. Sampled on May 3, 2019.
This has an olive-yellow pour underneath a big, lingering white foamy head.
The aroma is missing the toasted bread crust presence I like in my Czech Pilsners. Instead, I get a less appealing cooked vegetable character with some grassy or floral hops hanging in the background.
The mouthfeel is into the medium range so that;s a plus.
The taste has a vague sweetness but more of a pointed bitter bite at the finish. It was lacking in the things I enjoy in this style.
