Ha Ha DIPA
Saco River Brewing Co. IPA-American
Crisp dry-hop style feel and taste, bitter earthy tones I dig, with tangy citrus and Creamsicle style complexity. I like the orange peel and dry earth tones to the bitter bite as a creamy, smooth, golden malt evens it right out. Hazy, thick look.

A: Pours a hazy yellow color with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a thin cap that leaves decent lacing
S: Citrus, floral, and fruity hops up front along with some melon and light maltiness
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with a mix of citrus and fruit, followed by some melon and grape must. Very light bitterness that slowly builds. Finishes with lingering citrus
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation
O: A solid NE DIPA that is very easy to drink. Definitely highlights both the Nelson and Citra. Worth checking out

Poured into a 16 oz Nordic pint glass canned on 12/29/2020. Pours a dark orange with a finger plus sticky white head that leaves loads of thin streaks of lace with excellent retention. 4.25
Aroma peach, mango, honeydew, white grapes, pineapple, and apricot. 4.25
Taste follows very balanced mango, peach, honeydew, pineapple, white grapes, and apricot really well balanced. 4.25
Mouthfeel is bigger than average, soft gentle carbonation, a tad sticky not dry, and at 8% ABV it goes down really easy. 4.25
Overall this is a really nice NEDIPA that purchased as a single and I will say I am ready to commit to a 4 rack. Nice stuff. 4.25
