"Flip Flop" is our experimental, rotating, dry-hopped New England style IPA series. For our newest version here, we used three hop varieties. Dolcita hops offer a unique aroma of green melon and tropical fruit with a hint of citrus and floral. Clean, mild bitterness with a modern like candy-like character. Citra hops offer a bright, fresh hop aroma, bursting with citrus flavors such as grapefruit and lime. Citra is very popular, commonly used in hop-forward styles. Mosaic hops are another popular and versatile hop! Offering a complex aroma and flavor - from berries to mango and guava. Dry-hopping helps to bring out all of Mosaic's complex flavors, from sweet fruit to pine.
