L:. Pours a brilliant mahogany red with a small white head and a few fingers of lacing.
S:. Sweet malt, caramel, notes of sweet grape and cherry, grain and not much hop.
T:. Sweet malt, caramel, tart cherry, some sweet grape, with grain and not a lot of hop.
F:. Medium to large body with a nice carbonation.
O: This is a very nice doppelbock.

On tap at the Bull and Bush. Dark ruby color. Aroma is bready,estery, sweet, good. Flavor is bready, malty, dark sweet fruitiness, good. This was a tasty beer.

Had on tap at the Tap Trader in Colorado Springs.
Mahogany body; thin head. Not much aroma. Fine malt body; mildly fruity with some caramel notes; a touch of alcohol (well-balanced with the other flavors). Full bodied.
