Presentation: Draft, served in a Sahm Cleveland 0.5L glass.
Appearance: The half finger head goes away pretty quickly and leaves behind a thin foam layer and some lacing in small spots. It's a clear, bright, pure gold color.
Smell: It's a rich, sweet, and earthy malt scent with a subtle floral hop aroma in the background.
Taste: There's a lot of malty sweetness with subtle hints of honey and toffee. A fresh, floral, slightly bitter hoppy finish rounds things out nicely.
Mouthfeel: It's soft, crisp, refreshing and easy to drink with medium-high carbonation.
Overall: A beautiful showcase of the Tettnanger hop varietal and just an excellent, traditional, well balanced beer overall.
