Appearance: Arrives a relatively clear golden color capped by a two finger head; good retention and webs of lacing
Smell: Bready, floral and slightly grassy
Taste: Very bright with a bready malt base joined by a floral hop edge; some grassy hop flavors emerge, after the swallow, and drive home the finish
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with crisp carbonation
Overall: A delightful pils to wrap up my trip to Denver

A lumpy white head of moderate height builds over a fully translucent golden yellow body.
After a Slow Pour Pils, this contrasts itself intensely by exhibiting far more floral and citrus qualities. While obviously hoppier, it seems to be skunking less quickly in this unexpected Denver heat. Also, by comparison, the malt here is a little toastier, like corn flakes, while the body is a little fuller and rounder.
