The pour appears as pale straw color; the body is a clear, medium gold; dense, lively carbonation; thick, white head, semi-creamy on top. Fantastic lightly sweet aroma infused with noble hop herbal spiciness. The taste builds on the smell; bread crust malt backbone with a superb hop bitterness and grassy, herbal flavor. Medium bodied; soft on the palate.
This is a fantastic light colored bock beer. It exudes balance and refined complexity while drinking quite easily. A great bock beer find!
