As pilsners go, this is pretty decent. I think the style is generally boring, so it's quite a task to "jazz it up." That said, the quality ingredients are apparent...but it's still a Pilsner.

Dark golden color - darker than typical Pils. Low head. Almost no bouquet. Very crisp, high acidity, relatively higher malt content. Full flavor - heavy.
