From the growler via Jungle Jim's in a snifter. This rather nice blonde pours
a pale amber tinged blonde color with a light head of white foam that settles
to a razor thin ring and shows some light lacing. Nose of orange zest, light
herbal notes, and subtle honey malts. Flavors slightly exceed the nose with
a light orange pith balanced with cracker and honey malts that are dashed
with a touch of pepper and subtle herbal notes. Nice mouth feel; medium
light body, light carbonation, and a lightly tart and dry finish.
Overall, a nice take on a Belgian blonde.
