Hop-crat from the Piwne Podziemia, this time with Mosaic hops. Hop essence was also added to the beer, which highlights its best features. The aroma is mainly white fruit. The taste is slightly bitter, smooth, delicate and with a dominant pear. Unfiltered, pasteurized beer. Ingredients: water, barley malt, oat malt, oat flakes, wheat malt, roasted wheat, wheat flakes, hops, yeast.

Copenhagen 31/12 2020. 50 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Strange figure with a pipe collar and a hop flower for a head sticking out its tongue on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity, exotic odor mingling with citric scents. Peach and mango. Citrus and grapefruit. Light whiff of alcohol.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Finish is semi-dry.
Solid Mosaic brew with good intensity and decent bitterness.
