Another version of Chmielokrata from Piwnego Podziemia, this time only Citra hops were used. The aroma has noticeable citrus and some tropical fruits. The taste is dry with medium bitterness and citrus notes again. Despite the bitterness, the beer is very smooth and drinkable
Unfiltered, pasteurized beer.
Ingredients: water, barley malt, oat malt, oat flakes, wheat malt, roasted wheat, wheat flakes, hops, yeast.

Copenhagen 29/12 2020. 50 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Strange figure with a pipe collar and a hop flower for a head sticking out it’s tongue on the can.
Pours opaque hazy, pale yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin, creamy layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet whiff of exotic fruit with stronger citric notes. Peach and pineapple. Grape fruit and citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and citric but with a gentle touch. Finish is semi-dry.
Silken soft, bitter Indian Pale Ale.
