Berkshire Springs Stock Ale was contract brewed at Minnesota Brewing Company for the Tunners Guild Brewing Systems. Berkshire Springs Stock Ale is part of the Beers of America. Historical Collection. These beers are designed to pay homage to the United States brewing legacy.
Amber with copper highlights, translucent, a finger worth of slightly off-white head, average retention. Some lace. Slightly hopped nose, a note of citrus, but sweet malt makes an appearance. Pleasantly hoppy, lovely malt plays the background well. Id almost call it juicy but its well balanced. Ideal mouthfeel. Very low levels of butterscotch are detectable. Indeed it is drinkable. This is a quality brew.
