Pale golden color and clear. Lasting head with decent lace.
Mild aroma of soft and lightly malted barley. Not much raw grain.
Lots of carbonation but with a decent body, this beer is light (as in pale malt). The swallow draws out enough hop to provide some balance. Still this leans to the lawnmower variety, albeit a good one.

Bottle from Edeka Markt. Sweet and cereal grain taste. Sour, musty aroma and cereal taste. Mouth feel is also kind of watery. Disappointing. See their BrauFass for a helles done slightly better.

0.5 liter mug
A transparent gold with a fluffy head that fades after a few moments.
The aroma is bready, nutty, and a little grainy. Pleasant.
Tastes slightly sweet, and has the same breadiness and nuttiness you get from the aroma but with a little bit of spicy, grassy hop in the back end. Really smooth, perfectly balanced, and incredibly drinkable.
It's unpasteurized, which seems to give it a little extra something that the typical Munich pasteurized helles don't have.
Very good.

This is a good Helles, a step above the macrobrew versions. I will admit that Schönramer makes better but this is close.
Above all others this is a very drinkable beer, well suitable for quality Gemütlichkeit. Nothing outstanding about its appearance and smell but it is true to the style and that's the best way to judge it.
Even the big macros in München make quality Helles but this is even better in taste with a similar drinkability. Really loose beer with subtle barley and well balanced hops, taste similar on tap to in the bottle but with better head retention. Taste light and goes down easy. Nice carbonation. A perfect beer to have with lunch.

Foam not persistent, not bad, but quickly disappearing. The colour is yellow (straw), limpid and clear, with green reflexes. At the taste, lightly hopped, herbaceous, but difficult to feel, because their very short duration. The taste is sweet, very watery. A bit of bitter in the aftertaste. Ideal to drink when very hot, and iced...
