I think I may have gotten this beer from Costco as part of their Advent Beer Pack in 2023. Not great but not Bad.

Appearance: copper orange in color, pours a larhe khaki goam with ok retention. Hazy but not obvious yeast in suspension.
Nose: moderate banana and a little clove. Some pear and apple esters. Soft wheaty bready dough malt character, no apparaent ho aromas.
Palate: medium carbonation, medium alcohol, lacking the traditional weissbier body, somewhat thin for style. Wheaty bread dough malt flavor with a very low bitterness. No noticeable hop flavor. Finishes sweet. Banana is moderate and pleasant. Low clove. Low pear and red apple. Good quality.

Look is light yellow and slightly hazy.
Smell is sweet and grainy.
Carbonation is minimal, with an initial tingle then not a ton after.
Flavour has an alcohol-y tang with a malty flavour that rounds out the wheat and sweetness.
This beer is really refreshing and enjoyable without being overwhelming on the palate. I don't usually like wheat beers, but this one is great. I'd buy it again.

Privatbrauerei M.C. Wieninger "Hoamat Weissbier"
50 cl can coded "EXP 2024/03 10:28 0807SP". Sampled on 11 November 2023
Notes via stream of consciousness: This appears to be a beer sourced from local ingredients. It has the typical cloudy yellow-orange body of a Bavarian hefeweizen beneath a short head of white. I can tell by looking at the bubbles rising within that it's not as carbonated as most, which is fine. The aroma is malty, sweet, and bready with the wheat showing clearly. The flavor follows with some added acidity and character from the yeast. I'm getting apple, soft banana, and just a hint of clove and a plastic-like phenolic. It's a little bit earthy and herbal as well. It's nicely balanced and rounded with a soft, moderate bitterness that leaves it semi-dry in the finish. In the mouth it's medium-bodied on the fuller side and smooth with a moderate carbonation level. I personally prefer more carbonation in a hefeweizen but it's OK. Unfortunately that hasn't helped the head retention or lacing and it falters there. I've had a lot of different hefeweizens all across Germany and while this isn't one of the great ones it's certainly not at the bottom of the list.

Very crisp and clean for a weissbier. The German yeast is not overpowering - but very evident and is the major contributor to the flavor (almost a lager flavor, rather than an ale yeast flavor). Mouthfeel is clean and not as fuzzy as some wheat beer. A very pleasant change from the American wheats (which are more like ales) and the German wheats with more complicated flavors. Simple and very drinkable.

From the 16 oz can in a snifter. This solid little heffe pours a
clear golden with a nice head of white foam that settles to a
thick ring, thin dusty layer, and sports some excellent lacing. Nose
of strong grains, herbal hops, soft wheat, and honey sweet malts.
Flavors show nice notes of soft wheat, light grain notes compared to
the nose, light herbal hops, and sweet caramel malts. Mouth feel is
light, medium light carbonation, smooth, and finishing moderately
clean and lightly sweet.
Overall, a nice new to me German brew.
Cheers

Pours golden with orange tint. Minimal carbonation rising. Small white head that dissipates rather quickly.
Aroma of wheat, hay, sweetness, grainy, malt
Taste is wheat, hay, sweet, honey clove, malt & banana. Nothing overpowering.
Mouthfeel is medium/light and cleansing.
Overall, drinkable, sessionable. But nothing to get too excited about.

Pours a hazy deep golden, kind of a dirty blonde? It's a deeper and darker golden. Some white head. Looks effervescent as far as carb. Banana and some clove on the nose. It's not the most fragrant hefe, but it does aromatically hit the right notes. It's overripe banana with a touch of tang and some drying hop bitterness. Mouthfeel is pretty full bodied, allowing for all of these flavors to coalesce. It's a little earthy on the finish. Overall, this is a better beer than the ratings indicate.
