The “Gmoastier” is the strongest bull in the village. As a breeding bull, he moves from cow to cow to do his work. This beer is bursting with power with its extraordinary body. But it also has a particularly sweet, fruity scent that makes you want to bring it in and spend a few nice minutes with it.

Rated 6-21-2025 Pours a golden amber color with a small head and a sweet wheat malt & yeast aroma. Taste is mild sweet malt with a bitterness that comes on about the middle to the end. Good solid beer, but not great. BB 5 of 2025.

From the 500ml can in a snifter. This very nice brew pours a chill hazed
cloudy orange amber with a moderate head of white foam that settles to
a thick ring, thin film, and display some light lacing. Nose of subtle clove,
breaded malts, light herbal hops, and sweet caramel malt. Flavors surpass
the nose with soft wheat breaded malt, light clove, faint banana, subtle
caramel, and lightly spicy herbal hops. Mouth feel is medium, light soft
carbonation, smooth, and finishing subtly sweet and faintly dry.
Overall, a fantastic brew for the style from the source!
Cheers

think a weizenbock is supposed to be darker - but a good version of that general flavor profile.

A truly tasty brew...
What I liked so much about it was the malty sweetness and the light citrus backbone to the beer. Mouthfeel is light and crisp, and it has a great bright orange coloration. Truly very good...

Name: Gmoastier
Brewery: Privatbrauerei M.C. Wieninger

This is the last beer from my twelve-pack, which I bought from Costco. I used a tulip glass and served the beer at 44 degrees. The pour resulted in a frothy, creamy, two-fingered white head with average retention, leaving no lacing on the glass. The straw yellow beer with an amber-gold hue, charting at SRM6, is translucent. The appearance of this beer is average, with okay retention.
Upon nosing the glass, I was greeted with a delightful combination of expected cloves, banana, soft toasted malts, wheat, and yeasty phenols. Smelling the glass again, I detect a toasted bread crust, lightly floral, earthy, and malty sweetness. The beer has a Hefe vibe but with a robust malt profile, offering a unique olfactory experience.
The malt profile is noticeably heavy with notes of softly toasted malts, toasted wheat, malty sweetness, and bready. The hop profile is floral, light white pepper, and earthy. The yeast is phenolic, banana, and clove. The finish of the beer has a slight mineral note.
The mouthfeel is creamy and chewy, finishing smooth. The body is medium-plus and has low carbonation.
The beer is good, with a tasty, malty body and a lovely hop presence. However, I saw nothing that would make it excellent, providing you with a balanced and informed review. I have not drunk much of this beer style, so I am giving a non-biased opinion.

500mL can stamped EXP 2025/03 poured into a mug at fridge temp 7.1% ABV 25 IBU per label. The beer pours mostly bright light amber with off white head. The head recedes to a thin ring and single layer of bubbles. Aroma is mild with sweet malt, clove and orchard fruit. The taste is semisweet wheat malt with big clove influences and mild bitterness. Mouthfeel is thin to medium bodied with average carbonation and a semi dry finish. Overall, a hard style for me to appreciate. Probably a better example of it's style than most of the other beers in the Costco calendar.

Murky dirty orange with a large cream head, sporadic lacing. Super fruity nose with banana leading, bubblegum, wheat and moderate booze. Taste is even more fruity with banana, apple, minor berries and fruity sugars, with wheat, estery booze, breadcrumbs and a touch smoke. Feel is lighter for style, decently boozy and wheaty, very smooth until the finish
