Dark gold with puffy white froth that leaves whispy trailers.
Sour cut hay malts and fresh grass hop nose.
Honey, peach and country loaf up front with mild noble spice hop end.
Dried apricot end and light cedary linger.
Light to medium, some chew, round.

Malt forward, with some surprising fruit. Brewery claims a strong hop finish, which I can only wish for. Unpasteurized, but I can't say what that adds.

The line between subtlety and hype in Bavarian beers continues to elude me.
