Good local dipa. Pretty tame but enjoyable. Hate to say it but its biggest selling feature for me is the tall boy can. Drink it fairly regularly because of price, availability, and decent low key taste. Agree with other reviewer that this is a good starter dipa.

canned 08/18/18 so apparently canned in the future wtf
Pours a nice deep murky orange amber combination with a big fluffy cream colored head with lots of lace. Very nice looking IPA.
Nose is malts kind of a blend of bready with caramel hints. Light citrus orange, light grapefruit rind, sparse pine needles, light earthy hints. overall kind of subdued for a I2PA, hell even a little subdued for a regular IPA.
Taste is nice malt backbone some light citrus notes and grapefruit rind bitterness. Definitely on the light side for hops favorable enough beer with light lingering bitterness but I2PA status eh nope, more like a good malty ESB.
Mouthfeel is nice a big medium fairly level mellow carbonation its smooth and easy drinking.
Overall if your looking for a starter IPA maybe this is for you, but to call this a Double is kind of an insult to beer lovers.
