Served in a 10 oz (296 ml) Teku glass at the HOMES Brewery in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
A: Pours an opaque, pink golden color (think pink grapefruit juice) with a two finger, foamy pink tinged head, no more than rim retention, and spotty lacing.
S: Tangy/tart. Aromas of guava, grapefruit, and cracker.
T: Tart and semisweet. Flavors follow nose with a heavy emphasis on guava. No bitterness appreciated.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: This is a flavorful and delicious American Wild Ale.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 2/25/2019. Says "Go Shawty, It's Sherbert Day" on the bottom, which was amusing. Pours very hazy pinkish golden/orange/amber color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin lace cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy pink guava, fruit skin, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, apricot, melon, passion fruit, berries, citrus peel/zest, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of pink guava, fruity/acidic yeast, lactose, and pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of huge juicy/tart/tangy pink guava, fruit skin, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, apricot, melon, passion fruit, berries, citrus peel/zest, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and light spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of juicy/tart/tangy pink guava, fruit skin, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, apricot, melon, passion fruit, berries, citrus peel/zest, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Amazing complexity, robustness, and balance of pink guava, fruity/acidic yeast, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with an amazing malt/lactose/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering tartness, tangy fruit, and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/silky/grainy, acidic/tangy/tannic, and fairly crisp balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol for 6.3%. Overall this is an amazing fruited milkshake sour! All around incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of pink guava, fruity/acidic yeast, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/refreshing to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish, not overly lactic. Amazing balance of big juicy/jammy guava, Lacto complexity, lactose, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. Light residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazing top tier style example.

L - 1-finger pink silken head atop a pale peach body.
S - strong guava. Smells like a frozen drink you’d be served on an exotic beach.
T - tart guava, lactose, mixed berries, peach? Only mildly sour but quite tart. No bitterness. Low sweetness. No booziness.
F - medium body and average carb.
O - damn. This is Veil fruited sour quality. I could drink this one all day.

16 FL OZ can
Served in a snfter
This beer pours a hazy, peach color. It is topped with a couple inches of beige head that leaves no lacing.
The smell is amazing. It smells like fresh guava with a light tart aroma.
The guava taste in intense. The tartness compliments the fruit perfectly. The tartness builds a little with each sip.
Medium bodied with dry finish
This is a flavorful tart beer. It is truly a joy to drink on a miserably hot, Michigan game day.
