a nice beer here, a double fruited gose with what appears to be a whole heap of fresh mango. its orange in color, like orange juice really, almost pulpy looking and without a lot of head on it from the tap. it smells awesome, some light coriander and minerals from the salt, a very clean but quite subtle lactic souring, and all the sweet fleshy juicy mango natural as can be but dosed to the point of absurdity. the flavor is awesome too, so much mango from start to finish, and it warms up really well, a bit sweet but not desserty, and true to the ripe fruit all the way. the salt is real light, accenting the tartness and the fruit pretty well, but its overwhelmed by the fruit for sure. the coriander is somewhere in between, needed for complexity, this would be pretty one dimensional without it. nice balance of flavors and textures, it has a ton of body from all the fruit and not a ton of carbonation, but the acidity cuts it well enough to keep it drinkable. fun and flavorful brew for summer, i could see the same recipe working great with wine grapes, strawberries, and currants if they want to make a series out of it...

A - Pours a hazy golden orange with a one finger creamy white head. Light amount of sticky lacing.
S - Aroma is mango and sea salt.
T - The taste is mango, orange, corriander and sea salt.
M - Light body with medium carbonation. Soft mouthfeel with a crisp dry finish.
O - This is a very crushable gose. The mango adds a nice sweetness to pair perfectly with the salt.
