750 ml flip top growler
Served in a HOMES wine glass
This beer pours orangish yellow and murky. It is topped with an inch of beige head that leaves spotty lacing.
All three fruits are present in the smell. It smells like tropical deliciousness.
The taste starts out with pineapple and quickly transitions to passionfruit. Finally, the guava flavor is on display. It tastes like a fruit smoothie with a mild tartness. It is absolutely refreshing and delicious.
Full bodied with a smoot, creamy mouthfeel
I was blown away by this beer, and many others, at HOMES taproom. This growler is going to go fast on a hot, humid Independence Day.

Semi-hazy pale orange with a thin bubbly ring.
Tart, seedy and spicy passion fruit comes along with a light salinity that adds a drinkable complexity. Overall it's big punch of passion fruit, but you can also down the effervescent prickly light body like a mother. The semi-dry finish brings out a touch of green apple.

16oz can, willi becher glass. Cloudy straw yellow body, opaque at the bottom with a one finger white head and short retention. No lacing. Smell is massive tropical fruit, tart passion fruit, pineapple and a bit of lemon acetic acidity. It's fruit-forward on the nose, and on the palate it is a little more balanced. The passion fruit is more of a tartness that lingers all the way through the backend, with a bit more of pineapple sweetness and a mildly zesty citrus bitterness. Mildly sweet wheat/grain presence. Very nice, very fruity, and most of all, very drinkable with a medium lighter body, good carbonation, refreshing fruity flavour on the backend. Enjoyed this one quite a bit. Cheers!

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 7/23/2018. Pours very hazy golden orange/amber color with small fairly dense white head with solid retention, that reduces to a minimal spotty lace cap that lingers. Slight spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy passion fruit, guava, pineapple, fruit skin, papaya, mango, melon, berry, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, red/green apple, white wine, hay, straw, grass, sea salt, wheat, cracker, white bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance of fruity/acidic yeast, tropical fruits, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy passion fruit, guava, pineapple, fruit skin, papaya, mango, melon, berry, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, red/green apple, white wine, hay, straw, grass, sea salt, wheat, cracker, white bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tart/sourness, fruit tang, and light spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of sour/tart/tangy passion fruit, guava, pineapple, fruit skin, papaya, mango, melon, berry, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, red/green apple, white wine, hay, straw, grass, sea salt, wheat, cracker, white bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, tropical fruits, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt/tart/sourness and tangy fruit balance; with minimal puckering flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from tart/sourness and tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately grainy/acidic/tangy, fairly crisp, and lightly saline balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is an awesome fruited gose! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, tropical fruits, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, easy, and fairly crisp to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/drying finish; not overly lactic or salty. Huge tropical fruit presence and balanced Lacto complexity, with a solid pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. A really enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.
