16 FL. OZ. can
Served in an imperial nonic pint glass
This beer pours bright yellow and turbid. It is topped with an inch of two of beige head that leaves no lacing.
Tart passionfruit with some vanilla aroma.
Great passionfruit flavor. I get some sweetness from vanilla and/or milk sugar. Good sourness in the finish.
Medium bodied with a slightly dry mouthfeel
Great beer. Refreshing

Excellent sour IPA. Lots of fruit flavor and well rounded from sweet to tart with very little hop bitterness. Color is a a nice hazy yellow with a rocky white head. Loved it. Will seek out more

Hazy maize yellow with a thin but dense bubbly white head.
As I'm getting with a lot of these HOMES sours, I'm experiencing this orchard fresh apricot characteristic, while the seedy, sticky passion fruit accents the medium body filled by a soft yet tingly carbonation that finishes semi-sticky. A vanilla finish smooths the swallow and adds a vibe of pastry sour, kind of like salt water taffy.
