16 FL OZ can
Served in a HOMES wine glass

This beer pours plum colored with an inch of pink head that disappeared quickly.

I smell raspberry and blackberry juice and a tart aroma.

I don't know what all berries are in this beer, but I get blackberry and raspberry. Great flavor with a nice tartness.

Medium bodied with a slightly dry mouthfeel

As with all of the Sherbet series, this beer is great. Huge flavor and aromatics. I love it.

16 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but is a recent release. Pours very hazy deep ruby red/pink/purple color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and rocky pink head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of huge juicy, lightly tart/tangy boysenberry, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, blueberry, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, peach, plum, pear, apricot, red/green apple, currant, red grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of berries, fruity/fairly acidic yeast, lactose, and pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge juicy, lightly tart/tangy boysenberry, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, blueberry, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, peach, plum, pear, apricot, red/green apple, currant, red grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy berries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, peach, plum, pear, apricot, red/green apple, currant, red grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of berries, fruity/fairly acidic yeast, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with a fantastic malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with zero cloying/puckering flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering tartness and tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready/grainy, and lightly acidic/tangy/tannic mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol for 6%. Overall this is a fantastic fruited milkshake sour! All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of berries, fruity/fairly acidic yeast, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish; amazingly soft feel, and not overly lactic. Amazing balance between juicy/jammy berries, Lacto complexity, lactose, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. Not overly sweet/heavy from lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazing kettle sour as expected.

Berry colour with lots of dissipating foam. Middling mouthfeel. Berry taste, sweet moderated by some sourness. Thanks Brian for the hookup. Drinkable stuff because of the complexity.
