Kettle sour brewed with milk sugar and blended with lots of raspberries and fresh lime zest, tart-lime front, berry jam middle, smooth finish, one our favorites in the series.

A - Pours a murky ruby red with a very thin white head. Light sticky lacing.

S - Aroma is ripe raspberry and lime.

T - The taste follows the aroma. Blendeded raspberry and lime with a light hint of vanilla sweetness.

M - Medium body with medium carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel with a soft dry finish.

O - Nice and refreshing fruited sour. Perfect for the warm weather.

I'll start by saying this is freaking delicious. Poured into a tulip. Bright raspberry color with decent head. Fairly short head retention, but not inconsistent with what I would expect out of this style. Nose is pure berry and very inviting. The taste is fantastic. Plenty of berry but without being over the top. This was a fantastic Saturday afternoon beer.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 12/19/2019. Pours opaquely hazy deep ruby red/pink color with a 1 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of huge juicy/sour/tart/tangy raspberries, fruit jam/skin/seed, lime, lemon, citrus zest, peach, pear, green apple, red grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, cream, and white bread dough; with lighter notes of biscuit, toast, lacto funk, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Fantastic aromas with amazing complexity and balance of raspberries, lime zest, fruity/acidic yeast, lactose, and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge juicy/sour/tart/tangy raspberries, fruit jam/skin/seed, lime, lemon, citrus zest, peach, pear, green apple, red grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, cream, and white bread dough; with lighter notes of biscuit, toast, lacto funk, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruty/lactic tart/sourness, fruit tang, and light spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/sour raspberries, fruit jam/skin/seed, lime, lemon, citrus zest, peach, pear, green apple, red grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, cream, white bread dough, lacto funk, pepper, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Amazing complexity, robustness, and balance of raspberries, lime zest, fruity/acidic yeast, lactose, and bready malt flavors; and and awesome malt/tart/sour/tangy balance; and minimal puckering flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering sour/tart/tang and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy, and acidic/tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.5%. Overall this is an amazing fruited milkshake sour. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of raspberries, lime zest, fruity/acidic yeast, lactose, and bready malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/clean/refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish; not overly lactic. Amazing balance of super jammy raspberries, lime zest, and lacto complexity; with a nice lactose and wheat/malt backbone against acidity. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp acidic/tangy dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazing spot on style example as expected of the brewery. One of the better ones in the series with the lower session ABV as well. Would be perfect for a summer release.

16 FL OZ can
Served in a HOMES wine glass

This beer pours purple with ruddy orange highlights. It is topped with a fleeting beige head that leaves no trace.

I'm surprised at how much the lime comes through. The raspberry is there, but the lime stands toe to toe with it.

It's equal parts raspberry and lime with a tart finish. It is kind of raspberry margarita-ish.

Thin bodied with a semi dry mouthfeel

This is a refreshing as hell beer from a great brewery. I like it long time.
