Beautiful magenta pour, no head. Smell is magical: sensational tart passion fruit, blueberry puree, raspberry, vanilla, cotton candy/lactose on the finish. Taste has tart, then sweet, then fruit juice deliveries of the flavors from the nose. Almost has a rose flavor as an undercurrent to it all. Feel is sweet, cool, and pretty tart but not acidic. A perfect dessert beer for the heart of summer

An all-timer. My favorite sherbet from them so far. Amazingly refreshing.

16 FL OZ can
Served in a HOMES wine glass
This beer pours a pinkish hue of purple. It is topped with less than an inch of beige head that disappears quickly.
It definitely smells tart. The blueberry comes through nicely. The passionfruit is a great compliment.
Tart blueberry blasts my tastebuds. The passionfruit pushes its way into the flavor. The flavor is so great and intense though.
Medium bodied with a semi dry mouthfeel
I love this beer. It is one of my favorite Sherbet beers from HOMES. Then again they are all my favorites because they are all so good.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 1/21/2019. Pours very hazy deep ruby red/pink/purple color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy pink head with solid retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy blueberries, passion fruit, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, orange, peach, plum, pear, apricot, melon, red/green apple, red grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, biscuit dough, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of blueberries, passion fruit, fruity/acidic yeast, lactose, and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of huge juicy/tart/tangy blueberries, passion fruit, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, orange, peach, plum, pear, apricot, melon, red/green apple, red grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, biscuit dough, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy blueberries, passion fruit, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, orange, peach, plum, pear, apricot, melon, red/green apple, red grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, biscuit dough, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Amazing complexity, robustness, and balance of blueberries, passion fruit, fruity/acidic yeast, lactose, and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/lactose/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no cloying/puckering flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering tartness and tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/velvety/bready, and fairly acidic/tangy/tannic mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol for 6.5%. Overall this is an amazing fruited milkshake sour! All around incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of blueberries, passion fruit, fruity/acidic yeast, lactose, and bready malt flavors; very smooth and pretty refreshing to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/drying finish; fantastic soft feel, and mildly lactic. Amazing balance of juicy/jammy fruit, Lacto complexity, lactose, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. Light residual sweetness with lingering acidic/tangy dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazing style example as expected.
