16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 1/21/2019. Pours opaquely hazy deep golden amber/light orange color with a 2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, woody, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, fairly sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 8%. Overall this is an awesome NEDIPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV, with the mildly bitter/resinous/drying finish. Great soft feel, and not aggressive. Awesome Idaho 7, Citra, Cascade profile. Super juicy, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a great balanced wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and spot on NE style example as expected.

16 FL OZ can
Served in a wine glass

This beer pours bright and yellow with the appearance of pineapple juice. It is topped with a couple inches of beige head that leaves lacing rings as I consume.

The smell is tropical and juicy along with some citrus.

The taste is a tropical juice bomb. Melon and pineapple stand out to me. There is a little citrus in the finish.

Medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel

My first can, a couple days ago, was way off on flavor and tasted old. This can is more like the deliciousness for which I have come to know HOMES beers. It is hazy and juicy and of high quality. HOMES has quickly become one of my favorite breweries.
