Brewed in celebration of our annual Nucleate Beer Festival. This year is a collaboration with Speciation Artisan Ales and Transient Artisan Ales. A mixed culture sour ale, fermented with a blend of the house culture from each brewery, then refermented on strawberry, blackberry and raspberry. Fruit makes up a quarter of the total volume, giving this beer fruit wine characteristics. Bottle conditioned with champagne yeast.

I have a bottle of this I plan to open soon for a more thorough review, but the small pour I had that HOMES was generous enough to share with me featured deliciously fresh, wild and tart strawberry characteristics paired with soft blueberry through a silky body with a light froth finishing semi-sticky and semi-dry.
