16 FL OZ can
Served in a HOMES wine glass
This beer pours a deep shade of purple. It is topped with an inch of purple head. It kind of looks like beet juice.
The raspberry and lemon both come through. It has a nice tart aroma.
It starts out with a great tart raspberry flavor. The lemon comes through towards the end. The finish has some lingering tartness.
Medium bodied with a slightly dry mouthfeel
This is another great, fruited, kettle sour from HOMES. I love the Sherbet series.

Dark purple with a finger-and-a-half of raspberry head. Moderate lacing.
Sour berry and some very light toast in the nose.
Super creamy berry flavor, again with some very light toast. Not too sweet thanks to a twist of lemon citrus.
Thick, creamy feel with moderate carbonation.
Really tasty, fruity treat.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 6/24/2019. Pours nearly opaque dark ruby red/purple color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky pink head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy blackberry, black currant, fruit skin/seeds, lemon zest, lime, peach, plum, pear, apricot, red/green apple, red grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of blackberry, blackcurrant, lemon zest, fruity/acidic yeast, lactose, and pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge juicy/tart/tangy blackberry, black currant, fruit skin/seeds, lemon zest, lime, peach, plum, pear, apricot, red/green apple, red grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, zesty bitterness, and spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy blackberry, black currant, fruit skin/seeds, lemon zest, lime, peach, plum, pear, apricot, red/green apple, red grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of blackberry, blackcurrant, lemon zest, fruity/acidic yeast, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with a fantastic malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no cloying/puckering flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering tartness and tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, fairly acidic, and lightly zesty/tangy/tannic mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol for 7%. Overall this is an incredible fruited milkshake sour. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of blackberry, blackcurrant, lemon zest, fruity/acidic yeast, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and pretty refreshing to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/drying finish; fantastic soft feel. Amazing balance of super juicy/jammy fruit, and Lacto complexity; with a great balanced lactose, and wheat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazing spot on style example as expected. Love the whole series.

Really nice lactose sour here. Gorgeous deep purple in the glass, thick blackberry, pinkish purple head, just beautiful. Smell is a bit muted, but nice jammy berries dominate, reminds me of putting berry jam on waffles. Taste is great, nice tart berry complimented by a lemon zesty finish, not too sour, easy drinker. Full bodied but with a nice crisp carb and refreshing finish. This is a total crusher.
