I had this fresh, at the source.
This pours a cloudy murky orange. There is an aroma full of melon and a touch of pineapple. Lots of juice! There’s a pineapple juice sting on the finish.

16 FL OZ can
Served in a HOMES glass
This beer pours an opaque sandy yellow color. It is topped with an inch of tan head that leaves spotty lacing.
The smell is loaded with citrus and tropical fruit.
It has more of a citrus flavor. I get some orange rind and grapefruit with a light pine finish.
Full bodied with a creamy mouthfeel
This is a solid IPA from HOMES.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 7/25/2019. Pours opaquely hazy deep golden/orange/amber color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Dense foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, raspberry, gooseberry, currant, white grape/wine, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, light toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, raspberry, gooseberry, currant, white grape/wine, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, light toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, raspberry, gooseberry, currant, white grape/wine, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 6.3%. Overall this is a fantastic NEIPA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish; nicely soft and not overly aggressive. Fantastic Enigma, Cryo Mosaic profile. Extremely juicy, vibrant, dank, and earthy hops; with a great wheat/oat/malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and outstanding style example as expected.

This is a NEIPA that maybe even the anti NEIPA crowd would like! DDH with enigma and cryo mosaic, really nice bitterness, not that juicy, really crushable IPA. Bitter melon rind, tropical fruit medley, dank and earthy, nice and light, crisp, nice dry finish.
