750 ml growler
Served in a HOMES wine glass
This beer pours a pink tinged orangish yellow color. It is topped with an inch of tan head that leaves little lacing.
It has a big guava nose with some vanilla. It smells tart and delicious.
The guava is not as intense in the taste. The vanilla is there. It isn't as tart as I thought it would be either. That being said it is still pretty tasty.
Medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel
This is a damn good beer. It would easily be a favorite if HOMES didn't make such great beer. Their Guava Sherbet is better. This isn't even their best of the Metaform series. HOMES has set the bar high. This beer is great and is easy to drink.

Looks nice, nice head retention, really nice bright bracing sourness, complimented by really intense guava, vanilla is subtle but there, nicely cuts the fruity sour candy sweetness, nice bitter hop edge, really delicious. A little more hop character, a little less gummy juicy sweetness, and this is perfect. Metaform Peach still my favorite but this isn’t far off. This was a 3 week old can, I remember the fresher can I had being a bit danker.

Poured int a tulip glass. A hazy but bright yellow-gold color with a modest white head. Big guava aroma along with faint berry and vanilla notes. The guava flavor is incredibly bright and amplified by the tartness. The vanilla and lactose are there to balance things. The hops add a nice fruity complexity as well. The body has a bit of heft from the lactose but it's not sweet. Outstanding.
