16 FL. OZ. can
Served in an oversized wine glass
This beer pours a yellowish orange color and is hazy. it is topped with a minimal tan head.
Sweet vanilla right away. The mango and apricot compliment the vanilla. There is a little tart smell.
The taste is more balanced. I get tart mango and vanilla. The apricot shows up in the back end.
Full bodied with a thick, creamy mouthfeel
Not as in-your-face as some of the variants. Apricot is always a subtle flavor is seems.

Poured into a tulip. Hazy, golden and very appealing looking. Two fingers of head that dissipated relatively quickly. Smell is great, with the apricot and mango both clearly present. Taste follows the nose with both the apricot and mango shining through. Taste doesn't linger on the tongue as long as I would have expected. Overall, this is a very good, refreshing beer. Perfect for a nice spring day.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 12/19/2019. Pours very hazy deep golden/orange/amber color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of huge tart apricot, mango, fruit skin, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, honeydew melon, passion fruit, papaya, guava, berries, citrus peel/zest, light peppercorn/pine, wheat, white bread dough, light honey/toast, lacto funk, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Amazing aromas with fantastic complexity and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, apricot, mango, fruity/acidic yeast, and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge tart apricot, mango, fruit skin, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, honeydew melon, passion fruit, papaya, guava, berries, citrus peel/zest, light peppercorn/pine, wheat, white bread dough, light honey/toast, lacto funk, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang; and pine, herbal, floral, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart apricot, mango, fruit skin, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, honeydew melon, passion fruit, papaya, guava, berries, citrus peel/zest, light peppercorn/pine, wheat, white bread dough, lacto funk, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Amazing complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, apricot, mango, fruity/acidic yeast, and bready malt flavors; with an amazing malt/bitter/tartness balance; and zero puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitter/tartness. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready, and fairly acidic/tangy/sticky mouthfeel that is fantastic. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.4%. Overall this is an amazing fruited sour hazy DIPA! All around amazing complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, apricot, mango, fruity/acidic yeast, and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV, with the mellowly bitter/acidic/drying finiah; amazingly soft/pillowy feel. Amazing Citra profile. Extremely juicy hops/fruit with light dank/earthy notes; with a nice sized wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering tart/bitter dryness. A highly amazing offering, and top tier style example. One of their best yet! Notes say there is vanilla, but I didn't see any. (not that it really mattered)
