A - Pours a clear gold with a thin fizzy white head. Very light sticky lacing.
S - Aroma is ripe and unripe pineapple and mangos
T - The taste is pineapple, mango, vanilla and some very light lacto.
M - Medium body with medium carbonation. Soft mouthfeel with a crisp dry finish.
O - This was a perfect crusher to end summer with. Never good guess this was 6.8%.

16 FL OZ can
Served in a HOMES wine glass
This beer pours pale yellow and is hazy. It is topped with an inch of beige head that leaves spotty lacing.
The smell is tart with mango and pineapple. It is not the most aromatic of the sherbet series.
The flavor is tart as well. The pineapple and mango are equally not as exuberant as I would expect from a HOMES sherbet kettle sour.
Medium bodied with a pillowy soft mouthfeel
I absolutely crushed this beer. It went down so great on this hot, humid day. I was a little wanting in the fruit department. I guess HOMES has me spoiled. It kills most other beers, but I always want more. HOMES usually delivers. They did deliver. Just not the flavor punch in the mouth that I expected. Good beer. Unrealistic expectations from me.
