This beer pours amber and is hazy. It is topped with an inch of tan head that leaves little lacing.
The lavender really comes through in the smell. I can detect the lactose through the tartness of the aroma.
The lavender stands up well to the tartness of this beer. The lactose adds a little sweetness to cut through the sour. The coconut shows up in the aftertaste.
Medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel
This is a unique beer, a lavender sour. The coconut is subtle. This is surprisingly refreshing. HOMES makes some sours with ingredients that I have never tried in a sour.

Really great tropical sour DIPA here, reminds me of drinking a key lime pie. Really nice rich golden pale orange in the glass, floral lavender nose. Floral, lavender, tropical coconut on the tongue, tart juicy lime/citrus, really nice smooth creamy vanilla finish. Well balanced, glad they took a risk.
