Hazy pale straw yellow with a tall puffy off-white head that has good cling leaving spongy lace.
Herbal gin and hay pair with peppery white oak and briny barrel. The yuzu fruit brings a lemony verbana quality to the body as the semi-dry lactic finish makes it quite tart but not too sour. As the medium-full body warms a bit of toasty cracker emerges.
