This beer pours plum colored and is murky. It is topped with a fleeting head.

I smell blueberry and cinnamon giving it a blueberry muffin kind of aroma. vanilla

Nice blueberry flavor. The cinnamon is subdued which is nice. I am not a big cinnamon fan. I like the taste better than the aroma. vanilla

Full bodied with a creamy mouthfeel

I was worried about cinnamon being in it and not liking it. My fears were allayed by a well crafted beer.

 

 

This tastes like a blueberry banana bread with cinnamon and its absolutely incredible. It's probably the best slushy style beer that they've made so far.

Excellent smoothie sour from the HOMES white label series of cinnamon spiced sours. While it is heavily fruited, beyond the average fruited sour, it isn't quite the odwalla smooth thickness of HOMES' Deep Depths series. Really nails the blueberry banana bread effect; a ripping tart blueberry base beer with citrus and vanilla inflections rides underneath a thicker banana blueberry puree with cinnamon granules for effect. Nothing overpowers, banana bread comes and goes, but the cinnamon is a real cinnamon toast crunch treat- not spicy, cool and milky. For me, the lower "look" and "smell" ratings correspond to this looking and smelling like a smoothie, without wowing me in those aspects.
