16 FL OZ can
Served in a imperial nonic pint glass
This beer pours a pinkish shade of red. It is turbid and topped with an inch of pink head.
I can smell all of the fruit that was added. Prickly pear seems to stand out from the bunch.
Prickly pear up front. Banana comes in the middle Tart finish with apricot in the aftertaste.
Full bodied and thick mouthfeel.
Another excellent addition to the Cynosure portfolio. Banana is not my favorite fruit additive, but this worked very well.

Pours a bright, orange tinted, ruby-pink. Absolutely beautiful opaque smoothie consistency. A small pink head that dissipates immediately leaving a thin pink ring and sticky purée on the inside of the glass. Smell is quite tart sour aroma with some green apple or tart citrus backend. Taste is ripe banana, apricot purée and all the prickly pear juice in the world. Very thick and full feeling.
