Triple mash, 24 hour boil brewed with milk sugar, blended with Michigan maple syrup, aged on toasted walnut & almond, Vietnamese cinnamon, Madagascar vanilla & Ghana cacao nibs.

Pours a pitch black with what looks like powdered nuts on the edge of the glass. No head; no lacing. Aroma is soy sauce, chocolate, and nuttiness. Taste is full on cloying chocolate sauce with a full flavored nutty undertone with a vanilla note throughout. Feel is very thick and oily, plenty full. A little too sweet for me but it is complex. One was enough.
