Brewed with Saaz (DE) & Mosaic Incognito, then dosed with Sauvignon Blanc (NZ) powder, dry hopped with Cryo Mosaic & Waimea (NZ). Big papaya and white grape aroma, notes of melon & passionfruit.

The hazy, straw colored DIPA has a mild aroma and flavor, and very low bitterness for the style. Medium-light body with medium carbonation.

A - Pours a hazy orange with a one finger white head. Heavy sticky lacing.
S - Aroma is white grape, honeydew and floral hops.
T - The taste is orange, papaya, cantaloupe, honeydew, white grape and a light bitter finish.
M - Medium/full body with medium carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel with crisp finish.
O - Really solid. White grape notes add an interesting flavor.
