A - Pours a deep dark brown with zero head. Oily lacing.
S - Aroma is plums, dark cherries and molasses
T - The taste is plums, raisins, caramel, dark cherries, molasses, vanilla, oak and light bourbon heat inthe finish.
M - Full body with low carbonation. Syrupy mouthfeel with a soft dry finish.
O - Really good.

Molasses and toffee malty, bran cereal flakes, a hint of dark fruits, and a prominent rye-spicy bourbon barrel nose on this one! Taste follows with some sweet caramel and molasses and raisins upfront...and then a smooth, bourbon barrel swallow...finishes on the sweeter side. This has a full and soft mouthfeel to it...good!
