16 FL OZ can
Served in a snifter
This beer pours black and is topped with a mocha head that leaves spotty lacing.
I had a draft at the taproom. I picked out the vanilla, caramel, and chocolate with ease. The banana was very subtle. From by can the banana is the first and most prominent aroma. Banana bomb. The chocolate, vanilla, and caramel are there is a minor supporting role to the banana.
Big banana flavor. It relegates the other adjuncts to a secondary role. Underlying chocolate, vanilla, and caramel. They become easier to distinguish as it warms, but I am burping banana and tasting it again.
Full bodied with a smooth, sticky mouthfeel
This is a banana republic compared to the draft I had. I loved the draft version with subtle banana. This is just too much nanner for me. I like bananas. I do not like banana flavored things.
