BIRKIN BEERS are one-off, single barrel aged imperial stouts (released unannounced)

This version has been triple mashed, 24 hour boil, and aged in a single Ted Jones Vanilla Extract barrel (formally Buffalo Trace bourbon barrel) for 2 years. We then aged the stout on a lot of Madagascar and Ugandan vanilla bean along w/ vanilla paste. Then we packaged each bottle with a piece of actual vanilla bean. Expect strong whiskey presence and warming vanilla notes. This stout is a case study on how much vanilla character can be added to a single beer without using artificial flavoring
