TENNER is our first time using Dolcita hops! Dolcita is a new hop varietal that was introduced last summer from Yakima Valley, WA. This hop has big notes of pineapple and cream and you can definitely appreciate those flavors here. We brewed Tenner [7.4%] with Citra Dynaboost, then dry-hopped it with Dolcita, Waimea, and Citra.
