Stormy Mountain Brewing

Stormy mountain was underrated to the extent that I had no expectation for the place at all. I mean zero ratings for this place! The folks who worked there were very down to earth and kind. Service was great. I enjoyed hearing the history of some of their brews. The vibe of the place was that of a ski lodge and brewery/family restaurant. Didn’t try the food but overheard compliments. They run ten taps. On this night those comprised a Pale, a Hefe, a Hefe-Lager, an amber, IPA, a brown, a cascadian dark ale, an oatmeal stout, a winter rye ale, and a guest cider. Couldn’t ask for a better spread. The extra pale was not much to speak of, but I tried three darker brews and wow they have some real talent in that arena!
