Cozy up with our bold and beautiful Barley Wine style ale. Crafted with a sultry blend of specialty malts, this ruby red brew boasts indulgent notes of toffee, chocolate, and honey while Pacific Northwest hops add a delicious twist of citrus, stone fruits, and juicy berries.

Poured from tap. Pours brown with thin layer of head. Nose is citrus, toffee, oak, honey, and pine. Clearly an American barleywine.

Taste immediately reminds me of Bigfoot. Huge hops and some toffee. Very American style! Marmalade, grass, earth, intense pine needle and grapefruit peel. Leather, bitter oak. After a few minutes, some light fruit comes through. Apple, apricot, slight honey. Burnt caramel. Good! One of the most hop-forward barleywines that I have had in a while. Will age nicely I think.

A-pour is amber from the bottle to glass with a small beige head leaving a spotty lace ring along the tulip
S-hints of roasted malts , caramel
T-sweet caramel & toffee
MF-mild carbonation , full bodied , warming
Ov-just an ok barleywine , needs some time perhaps
