Dark Side Of The Moon pours black, with a small brown lacing head. The aroma has prominent notes of roasted cereal and hints of smoke. The flavor is roasted grain, a hint of smoke, and black licorice. Good feel. Overall, a very nicefull-bodieddporterr.

16oz can. Can bottom is stamped 'CANNED ON 09/30/22'.
Black colored body, with mahogany back lit edge. One finger of light tan head, which recedes to an island and ring. Leaves fine horizontal rings of lacing.
Aroma is light smoke and roasted malts, with a hint of chocolate.
Taste is smoky roasted malts, with considerable sweetness. There is a bit of chocolate here. Any coffee is as a result of the smokiness. Sweet and dry malts in the aftertaste.
Thinner mouthfeel. Dry finish. Okay carbonation.
Has a general expression of a porter but lacks true conviction. Has some smokiness and dryness but missing some flavor emphasis. Not terrible but not more than average.

Not much foam on top and it dissipates quickly. The coffee taste is a little too strong, I don’t think I would drink it again

Pours a dark brown with a thick mocha colored head that lasts for half the beer. Fantastic lacing. Aroma is dark roasted malt, coffee, a touch of chocolate and a wisp of campfire smoke. Flavor follows the nose. Really a no nonsense porter, easy to drink. Feel is medium bodied. Overall a better beer than I was expecting from this local brewery. Actually bought only a single. Huge Pink Floyd fan and the name of the beer and the artwork on the can reeled me in.

Poured from attractive looking 16 oz can. Black coffee color with a finger of dense head. Lacing coats the glass. Aroma of cocoa, ash, and some earthy notes. Hate to say it, but this tastes a bit amateurish. Too much smoke and not enough depth to the malt. For a 6.2% ABV porter I expected more flavor. Tastes like a dark mild ale. The body is thin as well. Also a bit over carbonated. Thinking about it, I think I am being generous with the score.

Poured a jet-black color with a small, light brown head of foam. It smelled of coffee, chocolate and toasted caramel. It tasted of roasted coffee and roasted malt. Light chocolate flavors and a bitter kick.

In our opinion, the best of the three we sampled. The better half with her superior taste and sense of smell agreed. She got the nitro tap while I stuck with the regular. The porter has a nice dark color short of the inky-black of a stout. The smell is roasted malt as it should. The taste is very British, with light, dry taste and nice mouthfeel. We'd get a growler of this one for the next rainy weekend.
