Conshohocken Brewing Co. - Bridgeport Brewpub "Over The Bridge"
$2/4 oz. on tap at the brewery on 19 August 2017
Notes: "Over the Bridge is a hoppy Belgian inspired ale brewed to celebrate our first year in Bridgeport. Generously hopped with Calypso, El Dorado and Simcoe. Flavors of tropical and citrus fruits with hints of spice and pine make for a beer worth the trip, from either side of the bridge. 6.7% ABV". Hazy golden body beneath a bright white head that holds well and leaves some nice lacing behind. Aroma of pine, citrus, yeasty spiciness and light clove, and grainy malt. The flavor follows with a stiff bitterness that cuts through it and leads to a very dry finish with lingering pine and spiciness. Medium ti medium-light in body and crisp.
