44cl can, bb in 5m.
Murky orangey yellow, coarse-grained head leaving some lace.
Nose is thick with stone fruit. Actually that seems to be all there is.
Taste reveals this to be very raw peach. The kind you wish you had not sunk your teeth into. The brewery describes the hop (Vic Secret) harvest to have been floor to ceiling peach. Yes, but in this case the crops were really premature. Some grapefruit and herbs too, all of which just makes you wince. If the yeast brings in no fruity notes or they are too timid, wouldn't you want to at least make a heftier/sweeter body?
Too dry in the wrong, astringent way, and raw fruit is not a remedy. I need something to clean my mouth. Also, I would recommend not marketing the fruit aspect so much in this case... say it is bone-dry and herbal, and some might appreciate.
