A strong pale, hopped with Citra and Amarillo, designed to sit between East and West Coast in style. Lots of juicy hops and an oaty malt bill, fermented on London Fog the the East and a shed load of bittering hops for the West.

Pours a cloudy golden amber coloration with a large, fluffy head. Smells of biscuity malt and citrus/tropical hops: tangerine, mango, guava, with just a hint of herbal dankness. Taste follows the nose, with a good balance of biscuity malt and citrus/tropical hops, with the zesty tangerine and grapefruit notes dominating and lighter notes of tangy mango and guava, as well as just a hint of herbal dankness and pine. Finishes with a medium/strong, herbaceous bitterness and some grapefruit and pine lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
A very nice Pale Ale that sits somewhere inbetween a WC and NE Pale Ale, with some juicy citrus/tropical hops and quite herbal, bitter and somewhat piney notes as well.
