Same Darkness is the sister beer to Different Lights. The same base wort given a different treatment, we fermented this half with a Belgian yeast known for its fruity, spicy esters and loaded it with Cacao nibs to provide a decadent, fudgy finish. All this was then blended with an Imperial Stout, barrel aged in a combination of fresh Bourbon and Cognac barrels for over a year.
