Coppice combines the essence of a modern IPA with a crushable strength. Leading with bold fruity and piney hops, Coppice is rounded off with a soft, smooth water profile and stone fruit notes from our house yeast.

Copenhagen 30/5 2026. 44 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. A very colorful can with Vibrant Forest's rake-like logo. Yellow. green and blue with some red (!) hop flowers thrown in.
Pours unclear, dirty amber with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of stone fruits mingling with a sharp scent of citrus fruit. Peach and honey melon. Citrus and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oil, soft, gently tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste is a bit thin and watery. Lightly bitter and fairly short. Finish is semi-dry.
A bit too session-able for my taste.
