We have conjured up a huge stout brewed with liquorice, raspberries, Himalayan rose pink salt and molasses. This gives huge heady richness of sweet liquorice, light salt, black treacle and long pleasing raspberry.

Copenhagen 1/6 2026. 44 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. Black and purple can with what looks like paint smear in different shades of (deep) purple.
Pours opaque dark brown with a big beige head. Stable. Settles as thin islands of foam floating around. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of dark malts mingling with a scent of sweet berries and salmiak licorice. Sweet liqueur rummaging in the background. Tart raspberries, toffee and brown sugar.
Light carbonation. Rather thick, oily, soft, viscous, creamy, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong tart and sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is tartbwith a sweet, boozy undertone. Lingering. Finish is quite dry.
Berry brew with a punch.
